pool gamma's first entry into blogsville

hello bloggers, today i'm launching my blog. it's in an effort to put out some information about my businesses. my first venture is catering lunches and casseroles and desserts mainly, although i'm available for complete dinners for up to 50 people. i also have two small antiques and collectibles business, one in shreveport in the kings ransom mall with old friend pat and the other in fort worth at the ties to the past antique mall on camp bowie west. if you're interested in either, please ask questions and i'll give info on the blog.

i've been trying to branch out into some areas i've always enjoyed but haven't had time to explore. i've turned one bedroom into a computer, artsy fartsy crafty kind of place which seems to just stay messy most of the time, but doesn't that mean i'm in danger of being creative????soo maybe i won't worry so much about the messiness right now. i never seem to have enough flat surfaces. i recently added a new new big table and now it's full of art supplies with tiny place to "work". i guess i start small.

i'm in the phase of hunting and gathering supplies, reading and trying a few new things with acrylics, scrapbooking supplies, old photos, altered book items. hopefully i'll attempt to put a few pictures on the blog and see how that works.

come back soon and often!
